Either way when something breaks, it sometimes is much harder to fix the seemingly "same" problem to the user but something totally different happened that caused the same result. <BR/><BR/>However IT is changing, the days of Nick Burns your company computer guy are numbered. Now employers look for people with the ability to actually talk to a non-tech person. Employers shouldn't hire non college tech people just because they read a manual online and know a language, they probably don't know the logic or business rules behind that or how to communicate their skills to their boss.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
