Tell them in the most polite terms that what they've done is irreversible (if that has happened), and take their abuse.<BR/><BR/>It's not like IT people are human beings.<BR/><BR/>That's the standard way, anyway. Forget about politeness and treating people well, as they don't treat you well. If they don't have the courtesy, why should you try to be courteous to them?<BR/><BR/>Just do to them what they do to you.
